How do I cancel an order?
To cancel your order, you can click the link found on the bottom of your receipt in your confirmation email and follow the prompts. If you cannot find your confirmation email, or do not see the cancellation link, do not worry! Simply email us at [email protected] and we will assist you with your cancellation promptly!
I have a question about the fee.
The fee includes our filing fee, as we are a 3rd party filing service. To see a breakdown of our fees please visit out FAQ page. You may file directly with the state at sunbiz.org if you would not like our assistance.
Can I change my company name?
You cannot change your company name online but must instead mail a form and payment directly to the state. Please find the appropriate forms and instructions here:
- LLCs: Amendment LLCs
- Profit Corporations: Amendment Corporations
- Non Profits: Amendment Non Profits
I cannot find a receipt in my email.
A confirmation email with receipt was sent to the email you entered when filling out your application. Please check your inbox or spam folders there. We are happy to resend if you need! Please email us at [email protected] for another copy.
Can I pay by check?
Currently our service does not accept checks. To pay by check please visit sunbiz.org.
