Pricing for the Service (including any applicable fees) can be found on our then-current pricing page located on the Site. The price that we will charge you will be the price as posted on the Site on the date you sign up for our filing assistance. We reserve the right to change prices for the Service at any time.

Chargeback Abuse Policy

Purchases will appear on your credit card or bank statement as “FILEBUSINESS-EASY”. While we do not anticipate any customer dissatisfaction or issues with our products or services, we require that if you have any concerns, you come to us first so that we can work to resolve the matter directly with you and provide the personal attention that you deserve, clarifying any misunderstanding. You agree not to file a credit card or debit card chargeback with regard to any purchase and instead direct any concerns to us at [email protected] contacting your bank.

Days & Hours of Operation

Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time, excluding bank, national, and government holidays.

Any purchases after hours or on weekends will be processed immediately the next business day.

Refund Policy

The Service may refund customers deemed eligible for returned Purchases. In order to be considered for a full or partial refund, customers must submit a written request via Customer Support email at [email protected].

A refund may be issued for the following reason(s):

If an order is canceled after payment has been made by the client but the filing document is not filed with the appropriate governmental agency, you may receive a 100% refund. If the filing has already been submitted to the Florida Division of Corporations, you will not be eligible for a refund for the work performed except at the absolute discretion of File Business Easy.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We may update product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service.

We, therefore, reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Extra Fees

There may be extra fees for State Tax IDs that we are not responsible for that are imposed by the state.

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
